. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility management for service apartments, coordinating with vendors and technicians, ensuring timely client support, and acting as an on-ground representative of ASMA for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Apartment Setup & Turnaround:
Coordinate new apartment setups including furniture, utilities, appliances, and housekeeping.
Conduct pre-move-in inspections and ensure readiness before client occupancy.
Facility Management:
Handle day-to-day maintenance issues by coordinating with in-house and third-party vendors (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, AC, pest control, etc.).
Ensure timely resolution of repair requests and maintain records of service timelines.
Client Coordination:
Be the on-ground contact for expat clients, building managers, and company representatives.
Handle client move-ins and move-outs, periodic visits, and ensure a smooth and professional experience.
Vendor Management:
Source, negotiate with, and supervise local vendors and service providers.
Maintain vendor performance logs and ensure service level compliance.
Runner Responsibilities:
Handle urgent errands such as document submissions, item pickups, shopping, and other logistical support as required by the company or clients.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain digital and physical records of apartment checklists, service visits, vendor bills, and incident reports.
Provide weekly reports to the Delhi Head Office regarding status updates, issues, and resolutions.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in operations, hospitality, real estate, or facility management.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
Hands-on attitude with willingness to travel within the city and be physically present at apartments/sites.
Proficient in using WhatsApp, email, and basic mobile apps for coordination and updates.
Ability to multitask and handle urgent issues independently.
Preferred:
Previous experience working with expat clients or in a similar service-oriented setup.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and apartment-related technical issues (not hands-on, but good judgment).
