Job Title:

Operation Associate

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute shipments from factory to final destination

- Handle port-to-port, air, and CIS shipments independently

- Liaise with shippers, liners, airlines, transporters, CHAs, and surveyors

- Place bookings with shipping lines and manage VGM, shipping instructions, MBL, and HBL

- Troubleshoot issues related to international freight transportation

- Maintain day-to-day office coordination and reporting to the Head of Department

- Prepare and send Daily Status Reports (DSRs)

- Send pre-alerts to agents and customers regarding shipments

Essential Skills:

1. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

2. High-quality written and verbal communication skills

3. Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment

4. Accurate with high-quality work output, even under pressure

Minimum Bachelor's Degree is MUST

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience working with a freight forwarder (mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
