Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Managing project timelines, resources, and tasks, while collaborating with consultants and clients to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
Operational Efficiency: Optimizing internal processes, implementing new workflows, and utilizing tools to enhance productivity and service quality.
Client Support: Acting as a primary contact for operational inquiries, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate project records, preparing essential operational reports, and organizing critical maritime and project-related documents.
Resource Management: Assisting with the allocation of personnel and other resources, and coordinating with vendors as required.
Business Development: Contribute to Marketing and Business Development activities, including client engagement, outreach initiatives, and supporting growth strategies.Support client engagement, outreach initiatives, and overall growth strategies.
Assist with marketing campaigns, content, and brand visibility.
Support sales activities including lead generation, client follow-ups, and preparation of materials.
Please note, this is a full-time position, not part-time.
