To ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch office by managing walk-in customer queries, adhering to operational protocols, Area wise collection of repayment and ensuring timely communication with the Head Office.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Attend and assist walk-in customers with loan-related queries or documentation.
Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence at the branch.
Mark daily attendance and log actual working hours for review and audit.
Share daily reports including walk-in footfall, escalations (if any), and local updates with Head Office.
Coordinate with Head Office teams for any local marketing, verification, or operational support.
Ensure office space upkeep, compliance with co-working space norms, and safe handling of company materials or assets.
Act as the local point of contact for any field or agency coordination.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Any Graduate
2 years of experience in operations, customer service, or admin roles (preferably in BFSI, NBFC).
Comfortable using mobile apps, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
Strong communication skills in the local languages, Hindi and English
