The Operations Executive is responsible for managing daily operational activities while also supporting sales functions. The role ensures smooth internal operations, coordination with the sales team, customer follow-ups, and timely execution of orders and services.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support Responsibilities
Support the sales team with order processing and documentation
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and service schedules
Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and pending approvals
Maintain customer records and sales databases
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and proposals
Track sales orders, collections, and payment follow-ups
Address basic customer queries and escalate issues when required
Help achieve monthly sales targets through follow-ups and coordination
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Customer handling and sales support abilities
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and basic reporting
Basic understanding of sales cycles and order management
Educational Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline

Male candidates preferred due to the nature of the industry and operational field requirements
Willingness to travel/visit sites and coordinate with field staff when required
