Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day

air freight export and import operations

in compliance with airline and customs regulations. Coordinate with airlines, agents, customs authorities, and customers to ensure smooth cargo movement. Prepare, verify, and manage

shipping documents (AWB, invoices, customs entries, etc.)

. Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers. Ensure operational accuracy and compliance with local and international standards. Maintain good rapport with stakeholders to achieve customer satisfaction.

Role-Specific Requirements

Saudi Arabia:

Must have working knowledge of

FESSA software

.

Dubai (UAE):

Must have hands-on experience in

Calogi

&

MIRZEL 2 systems

.

General Requirements

Minimum

2-4 years of experience

in freight forwarding / logistics operations.

Strong knowledge of

air freight procedures, customs documentation, and local regulations

.

Excellent communication skills in

English

(Arabic knowledge will be an added advantage).

Proficiency in MS Office and freight forwarding systems.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,091.23 - ₹24,925.21 per month
