Key Responsibilities
Reach out to business prospects through outbound calls, presenting BDS Legal Services'.
Identify and connect with decision-makers and effectively communicate how BDS Legal Services addresses their specific business requirements.
Generate interest and schedule appointment with Legal Advisor.
Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and appointments scheduled in the CRM or Excel.
Ensure high-quality data collection, verification, and communication throughout.
Follow call scripts and adapt naturally based on the flow of conversation.
Coordinate regularly with the senior team members to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads'.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging clients.
Basic understanding of legal documentation is a plus (not mandatory).
Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools for record-keeping.
Ability to follow process and maintain quality standards.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn legal service offerings.
