About the Role:

Brego Land is looking for a detail-oriented professional with

2-4 years of experience in land acquisition and real estate operations

. The role involves identifying, evaluating, and acquiring land parcels, managing due diligence, and ensuring smooth execution of land-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential land for acquisition. Conduct due diligence, including legal, financial, and compliance checks. Negotiate with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders to close deals. Manage end-to-end documentation and registration processes. Coordinate with legal teams, surveyors, and government authorities for approvals. Maintain accurate land records and reports on acquisition progress. Monitor market trends and provide inputs for strategic land acquisition.

Skills & Qualifications:

Mandatory:

2-4 years of experience in

land acquisition/real estate operations

. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of land laws, documentation, and compliance processes. Good communication and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
