Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Executive to support day-to-day
operational activities. The role involves maintaining operational records, coordinating
documentation, and ensuring smooth communication with customers and internal teams. This
position is ideal for candidates who are systematic, responsible, and comfortable handling
multiple operational tasks in a corporate environment.
Eligibility & Qualifications
? Education: Graduate or above (any discipline)
? Language Skills: Good verbal fluency in English and Hindi
? Experience:
o Prior experience in operations, administration, or back-office roles is preferred
o Experience in the travel or hospitality industry will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
? Maintain and update operational sheets and trackers accurately
? Collect, verify, and organize customer documents as per company requirements
? Coordinate with customers for pending documents and information
? Ensure proper filing and record management (digital and physical)
? Support booking, post-sales, and operational processes
? Handle basic customer coordination and relationship management
? Assist internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services
? Prepare regular operational reports and status updates

Technical Requirements
