Job Description

Responsibilities:



Manage and update insurance policies in the system accurately. Process policy renewals, cancellations, and modifications. Handle customer inquiries and provide support related to insurance policies. Assist in the preparation and verification of policy documents. Coordinate with insurance underwriters, agents, and clients for policy-related activities. Maintain and organize all insurance records and documentation. Support claims processing and ensure timely follow-up. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Generate reports and provide data analysis as required. Perform other administrative tasks to support the insurance team.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management software. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Skills:



Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills. Team player with a proactive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
