Job Summary:

Sky Ocean Shipping is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and support day-to-day shipping and logistics operations. The role involves coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate import/export shipments across air, sea, and road freight Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL/AWB, invoices, packing lists, customs docs) Liaise with carriers, agents, customs brokers, and clients Track shipments and provide timely status updates to customers Handle operational issues, delays, and customer queries efficiently Maintain accurate records and operational reports.

Requirements:

Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field 1-4 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations Knowledge of international shipping procedures and Incoterms Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and freight management systems

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
