Role Overview

We are looking for a smart and energetic Operations Executive to join our team in Elathur, Kozhikode. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with logistics, and ensuring smooth order flow.

Responsibilities

Handle daily operations including stock checks, dispatch coordination, and order tracking.

Maintain basic reports and data in Excel/Google Sheets.

Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries.

Assist in vendor communication and material movement.

Monitor inventory levels and escalate shortages.

Support operations manager in daily workflow.

Occasionally assist with field requirements (driving license preferred).

Requirements

Male candidate based in Kozhikode.

Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (spoken & written).

Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge is a must.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Driving license preferred.

Smart, adaptable, and willing to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
