Job Description

Manage day-to-day facility operations and service delivery for assigned client accounts (housekeeping, maintenance, security, pantry, etc.). Ensure smooth manpower deployment and compliance. Handle client escalations and provide timely and effective resolutions.
Should be able to travel in and around Kerala.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management / Business Administration / Operations / Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 1 years of experience in Facility Management operations, including client servicing or key account handling. Proven experience managing multi-site operations and large client portfolios. Strong understanding of SLA-based service delivery and manpower management. Excellent client handling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (MIS).

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to soft and hard services management. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
