(especially Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), with the ability to manage data, generate reports, and analyze operational metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functions, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other formulas.
Create and maintain accurate operational reports and dashboards.
Assist in streamlining daily operations by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits.
Prepare and present operational performance reports to management.
Support the team in coordinating internal processes, scheduling, and logistics.
Assist with inventory management, procurement, and resource allocation.
Monitor KPIs, track progress against operational goals, and provide insights to optimize workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an
operations
or
administrative role
.
Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in an operations or administrative role (experience with Excel is a must).
