Position Overview
The
Operations Executive
plays a pivotal role in translating AyurSure's vision into daily action. This position ensures smooth coordination across manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, customer service, and vendor management -- while maintaining AyurSure's commitment to quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
This is a dynamic role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-scaling, entrepreneurial environment and wants to make a real impact on India's Ayurvedic revolution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations Management
Oversee and coordinate all daily operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, inventory, and customer care.
Ensure smooth order processing from sales to delivery and customer satisfaction.
2. Manufacturing & Vendor Coordination
Collaborate with manufacturing partners (including Senior Management and team) for production scheduling, inventory tracking, and dispatches.
Manage vendor relations for raw materials, packaging, labeling, and logistics.
Negotiate contracts to maintain quality, timelines, and cost-effectiveness.
3. Finance & Compliance
Work with the finance team to monitor budgets, control operational costs, and improve profitability.
Ensure timely compliance with Ayurvedic product regulations, licensing, and other government standards.
4. Process Improvement & Reporting
Develop, implement, and monitor
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
for efficiency, quality, and consistency.
Prepare weekly and monthly operational performance reports and suggest process enhancements.
5. Team Supervision & Training
Supervise and train staff across logistics, accounts, and customer care.
Foster a culture of
accountability, reliability, and customer-first excellence
.
6. Strategic Support
Support the leadership team in operational planning for scaling Relieva nationwide and globally.
Contribute to strategic growth initiatives, system automation, and expansion readiness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience:
2-5 years in operations management (preferably FMCG, healthcare, or wellness sectors).
Strong knowledge of production workflows, vendor coordination, inventory management, and logistics.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM tools, and digital operations systems.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in Malayalam and English
(Hindi is an advantage).
High adaptability to a fast-paced, scaling environment with multiple priorities.

The position involves 25% travelling for work purpose
Regular office hours with flexibility during scaling and product launches.
Salary Range: Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month
