Operations Executive

visa processing, ticketing, study abroad services, or the aviation industry

The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in English, strong email drafting skills, a keen eye for detail, and expertise in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint. A primary responsibility of this role is managing the entire
student enrollment process
for various courses, ensuring timely registration, accurate documentation, and prompt handling of student inquiries. This role demands strong multitasking abilities, a customer-focused mindset, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
DCA/PGDCA qualification is a plus.
Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in operations, administrative support, student enrollment, customer service, or process management.
Experience in

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full student enrollment lifecycle, including registration, document verification, fee processing, and maintaining accurate records.
Communicate effectively with prospective students regarding application procedures, deadlines, and enrollment requirements.
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure seamless processing of student applications and eligibility verification.
Maintain well-organized, up-to-date enrolment records, ensuring secure storage of documents.
Address student queries related to enrolment processes in a professional and timely manner.
Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
Monitor operational performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting challenges and improvement opportunities.
Draft, proofread, and send professional emails and reports with clear, concise, and effective communication in English.
Manage internal and external communications, ensuring adherence to company standards and timely responses.
Keep students and staff informed about enrollment status, schedules, and operational changes.
Prepare detailed presentations and reports for management, including data analysis, progress updates, and actionable recommendations.
Organize and maintain operational records, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and accessible.
Collect, analyze, and present operational data to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Assist in developing and implementing new operational systems and processes.
Design and update engaging PowerPoint presentations for meetings, reports, and client-facing materials.
Prepare clear and accessible operational documentation, manuals, and student enrollment materials.
Assist in planning and organizing office events, training sessions, and corporate activities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
