Manage and process bookings for taxi and travel services efficiently.
Confirm customer requirements and ensure timely communication of booking details.
Coordinate and oversee the allocation, maintenance, and availability of vehicles in the
fleet.
Monitor vehicle schedules, optimize routes, and ensure proper usage of resources.
Plan and organize travel schedules to meet customer needs while optimizing
operational efficiency.
Collaborate with drivers and vendors to ensure smooth execution of services.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, fleet assignments, and travel arrangements.
Address any operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions to services.
Coordinate with vendors and drivers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Handle payment settlements and maintain good relationships with vendors and
drivers.
Generate periodic reports on booking activities, fleet performance, and customer
feedback.
Maintain proper documentation for compliance and operational transparency.
Continuously work towards improving the customer experience by identifying pain
points and suggesting solutions.
