Prepare and maintain deposit customer data in Excel.
Calculate and update incentive structures based on company policy.
Generate and manage Customer IDs in the system accurately.
Documentation & Verification:
Cross-check and validate customer documentation for compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing documents.
Operational Support:
Ensure smooth onboarding of new deposit customers.
Liaise with sales and compliance teams for operational requirements.
Support in preparing reports for audits and internal reviews.
