Experience:

1-5 Years (Warehouse / Logistics Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Operations

Coordinate unloading, material checking, and

GRN (Goods Receipt Note)

preparation. Verify received quantities, batch details, and documentation against purchase orders. Ensure compliance with FMCG / Pharma handling and quality standards.

Outbound Operations

Manage order

picking, packing, and dispatch

as per client SOPs. Ensure timely dispatch and adherence to delivery schedules.

Inventory Management

Conduct daily

cycle counts

and support monthly stock audits. Maintain inventory accuracy and investigate stock variances. Monitor FIFO / FEFO compliance (especially for Pharma products).

Documentation & MIS Reporting

Prepare

daily MIS reports

for inward, outward, and stock movement. Maintain proper filing of GRNs, dispatch documents, invoices, and gate passes. Coordinate with internal teams and clients for operational reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.

1-5 years of experience strictly from FMCG or Pharma warehouse operations.

Experience in

3PL / Distribution Center / Fulfilment Center

preferred.
