Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Delivery Agents and Merchants to ensure timely service
Monitor daily operations through system dashboards
Identify and resolve operational delays or issues
Maintain accurate operational records and reports
Support staff and agents with system or process-related issues
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in operations, logistics, or field coordination
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Working knowledge of dashboards and
MS Excel
Willingness to handle field coordination and site visits
Candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to
Mangalore
Non-fixed weekly offs
(as per operational requirements)
