Key Responsibilities
HR & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end hiring coordination and new employee onboarding
Maintain employee records in the HR/Employee Portal
Office & Administration
Ensure office supplies are well-stocked
Coordinate with vendors (e.g., facilities, coffee machine, HR systems, maintenance, etc.)
Organize events and celebrations
Plan team outings, dinners, and offsite travel arrangements
Manage gifting (Diwali, birthdays, etc.)
Asset & Vendor Management
Maintain accurate records of company assets
Procure new assets and supplies as needed
Liaise with vendors for office and event requirements
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in operations, admin, or HR support roles
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
