Responsibilities include:

Connect with referral networks, agencies, and training institutes to source caregivers Speak with candidates from digital applications and coordinate their office visits Guide candidates through the onboarding process Complete documentation and maintain accurate physical/digital records Update and manage the caregiver database daily Communicate regularly with caregivers to support their well-being and resolve basic concerns Escalate issues to operations Head. Share daily caregivers availability updates with internal teams Support caregivers placement and replacement based on client needs Manage background verification and keep records updated Coordinate training sessions.

Skills Required:

Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams

Eligibility:

MBA preferred 1-2 years of experience in operations or similar roles Freshers with good communication skills and MBA or relevant internship experience may also apply.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
