Oversee daily hospital activities including OPD, IPD, front office, pharmacy, diagnostics, and support services.
Ensure patient registration, admission, discharge, and billing processes are carried out efficiently.
Monitor hospital cleanliness, maintenance, staff discipline, and service quality.
Coordinate between clinical and non-clinical departments for smooth functioning.
Handle patient queries, grievances, and feedback in a professional manner.
Maintain MIS reports related to occupancy, revenue, patient flow, etc.
Plan and execute hospital marketing strategies, including BTL activities, health camps, doctor connect programs, and corporate tie-ups.
Conduct field visits to build relationships with local doctors, clinics, and corporates to generate patient referrals.
Develop and distribute marketing materials (brochures, leaflets, etc.) and manage social media promotions in coordination with digital teams.
Organize community outreach programs like free check-up camps, wellness talks, and awareness events.
Track and report on marketing campaign performance, patient acquisition, and ROI.
Assist in the development of hospital branding, visibility, and patient loyalty programs.
