Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Monitor and manage ongoing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.).
Maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers for all digital marketing activities.
Assist in performance tracking, campaign analysis, and report generation using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Communicate with vendors, freelancers, or agency partners, ensuring deliverables are met.
Ensure SOPs are followed and suggest improvements for workflow optimization.
Support client communication, feedback collection, and follow-ups where required.
Oversee daily operational activities to ensure business efficiency and quality control.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in operations, with exposure to digital marketing campaigns.
Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, Trello/Asana, etc.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
