Position Overview
We are hiring an
Operations and Client Support Executive
to manage procurement, order processing, vendor coordination, and assist with client communications. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and ensuring timely service and product delivery to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Procurement:
Handle end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, quotations, purchase orders, and tracking
Process and manage client orders from confirmation to delivery
Maintain records of purchases, delivery timelines, and stock (if applicable)
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to manage lead times, costs, and order accuracy
Track operational data and assist in preparing internal reports
Support inventory or asset tracking as needed
Client Support:
Communicate with clients to confirm orders, provide updates, and answer basic queries
Track and follow up on service or product requests
Maintain proper documentation of all client interactions and updates
Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring operational readiness
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic understanding of procurement, logistics, or order processing
Proficient in using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, email, and order management systems
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in operations, procurement, or client support (internship or junior-level experience acceptable)
Experience working with vendors, suppliers, or logistics partners
Familiarity with basic invoicing, order tracking, and inventory processes
Comfortable using ERP, CRM, or order management software
