Role Overview We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive to support the core operations of the brand, including vendor acquisition, supply chain coordination, documentation, and franchise support.
This role is ideal for someone with a hotel/hospitality background who wants to move into scalable food business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Management & Procurement
? Source and onboard new vendors for raw materials, packaging, logistics, etc.
? Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery timelines with suppliers
? Track vendor performance and manage relationships
Inventory & Supply Coordination
? Coordinate between vendors, outlet managers, and kitchen teams for supply flow ? Maintain backend stock sheets and reorder schedules
? Ensure timely availability of non-perishable and perishable supplies
Franchise Documentation & Support
? Maintain operational manuals, franchise onboarding documents, training SOPs ? Support in creating pitch decks, investment briefs, and training kits
Operational Systems & Reporting
? Assist in designing backend processes for smooth outlet/franchise support
? Maintain operational reports, vendor logs, cost tracking, and procurement data ? Coordinate with finance for vendor payments and reconciliations
Cross-functional Coordination
? Liaise with marketing, finance, and outlet teams to ensure backend readiness
? Support special campaigns, new outlet setup, or event catering coordination
Requirements
1+ years of experience in backend operations, preferably in food, hospitality, or retail
Educational background in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Operations
Strong negotiation and vendor handling skills
Well-organized with excellent documentation and coordination abilities
Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ERP systems
Ability to multitask and manage multiple backend threads at once
Fluency in English and Malayalam. What We Offer
