As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth learning experience for our students and faculty.

Job Summary:

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, overseeing customer relations, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the music school. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have good communication skills, be proactive, and passionate about music education.

Key Responsibilities:

Have the sales acumen to convert potential enquiries into enrolments Oversee and manage daily operations of the music school. Handle student registrations, class scheduling, and calendarization Maintain student records and track payments Develop and implement operational policies to enhance efficiency Coordinate communication between students, parents, and instructors Oversee the maintenance and operational functionality of school facilities, ensuring a well-organized and professional learning environment Assist in marketing efforts, including social media management and event planning Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner Collaborate with the leadership team to streamline processes and improve student experiences. Assist in planning and execution of events (workshops, recitals) Have excellent communication skills

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Music, or a related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, or customer service Candidates with experience in communication/media/partnerships are also encouraged to apply A creative and resourceful mindset that can generate innovative ideas and captivating content for social media Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management software Proficiency in speaking English, Kannada and Hindi is preferable Passion for music and education is a plus
