. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining reports, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support daily operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
Prepare, maintain, and update operational reports using
advanced MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Analysis, MIS reporting).
Coordinate with internal departments for data collection, task follow-ups, and process updates.
Assist in developing and improving operational workflows and documentation.
Monitor operational KPIs and provide timely insights to the management team.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams as required.
Handle administrative tasks related to operations, documentation, and record maintenance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Commerce, or related field).
Strong MS Excel skills
(Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation).
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience in operations, administration, or data management roles.
