Following is the for Operations Executive - Invoicing (Accounts payable) / Operations Executive - Inventory (NIGHT SHIFT)
Organization: Tricon Global Services Pvt. Ltd.
Position: Operations Executive - Invoicing (Accounts payable) / Operations Executive - Inventory
Location: Goregaon- West, Mumbai
Job time: Night Shift (Only Male candidates apply for this job)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Vouching/ entering Bank receipt and payment in accounting system
- Proactive follow-up with Operations / Treasury for unidentified Account Payables / Accounts Receivables
- Preparation of bank reconciliation
- Vouching/ entering Accounts Payable invoices related to Product cost and secondary cost in accounting system
- Follow-up with operations in case of any queries while vouching the invoices
- Vendor setup, Vessel addition, Port addition, bank addition in accounting system (JD Edwards) after doing due diligence check
- Other month end activities and reconciliation
Desired Skills and Experience: To qualify, successful applicants must possess:
- Minimum Qualifications: Graduation in Commerce (B. Com)
- Experience of 2-3 years and in JD Edwards Accounting ERP
