Key Responsibilities
Manage student classes, ID cards, and certificates.
Handle student queries and provide timely resolutions.
Support admission counselors with operational processes.
Maintain records and ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless student experience.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Management/Administration).
1-3 years of experience in operations or student support (freshers may also apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
