for Health and Travel Insurance. Ensures accurate processing, TAT adherence, regulatory compliance, and smooth coordination with internal teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Process endorsements: member changes, personal detail corrections, sum insured updates, travel date changes, trip modifications, etc.
Validate documents and ensure correct premium/recalculation updates.
Process refunds: cancellations, excess premium, endorsement adjustments, and travel-related refund cases.
Coordinate with Underwriting, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service for approvals and issue resolution.
Maintain policy servicing records and update CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with ICICI Lombard guidelines and IRDAI regulations.
Prepare basic MIS on endorsements, refunds, and aging reports.
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of health/travel insurance servicing & IRDAI norms.
Accuracy in data entry and premium/refund calculations.
Strong communication & coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with good Excel and system usage skills.
Customer-focused and proactive problem-solving ability.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
1-3 years of experience in insurance operations (endorsements/refunds preferred).
