INDUSTRY : EVENT MANAGEMENT. JOB LOCATION : KALI GHAT, KOLKATA. SALARY : UPTO 15K IN HAND + TA + INCENTIVE + BONUS. EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE IN EVENT MANAGEMENT. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Carry out crowd control and evacuation plans with the venue operations department.
- Carry out site set-up pre-event and site tear-down post-event to prepare for handover of venues.
- Contact vendors to obtain quotes for goods and services.
- Develop initial logistics and transportation plans to support event plans.
- Execute event logistics plans with event organisers and vendors.
- Perform initial inspection of vendors\' event deliverables to ensure quality standards.
- Prepare incident summary reports in PPT/ EXCEL format.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues.
- Work with event organisers to execute events.
