Key Responsibilities:
Oversee
event setups, fabrication, and production work
at various venues.
Coordinate with
vendors, suppliers, and fabrication teams
to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Conduct
site visits, venue recce, and logistics planning
for upcoming events.
Supervise
on-ground event execution
, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.
Manage
inventory, material handling, and transportation logistics.
Ensure
high-quality fabrication, branding, and structural work
in coordination with internal teams.
Collaborate with the
creative and client servicing teams
to provide practical setup solutions.
Handle
troubleshooting and operational challenges
during setup and live events.
Maintain post-event reports, vendor records, and material documentation.
Who Can Apply:
Candidates with
1-3 years of experience
in event operations, fabrication, or production.
Strong knowledge of
event setups, truss systems, branding materials, and fabrication processes.
Excellent coordination, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to
work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
