Key Responsibilities:

Workforce & Manpower Planning
Plan and allocate manpower based on business volume and operational requirements.
Maintain optimal staffing levels to ensure productivity and service quality.
Coordinate with different teams to manage staff availability, leaves, and attrition.

Shift Rosters & Scheduling
Prepare weekly/monthly
shift rosters
for teams ensuring fair distribution and coverage.
Monitor adherence to schedules and adjust rosters in case of emergencies or fluctuations.
Ensure 24x7 or business-required coverage as per operational demand.

Reporting & MIS
Build, maintain, and publish daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports using Excel.
Analyze workforce data, performance metrics, and staffing trends.
Prepare dashboards, charts, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP reports for internal stakeholders.

Operational Coordination
Act as the central point of contact between teams for schedule and workforce alignment.
Support process execution, SLA tracking, and resource optimization.
Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements.
