We are seeking a dedicated

Operations Executive

to manage and streamline day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and customer service teams, while maintaining high efficiency and accuracy in operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Monitor inventory, track shipments, and manage stock updates. Handle vendor communications and resolve operational issues. Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and returns. Implement operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Generate reports on operational metrics and suggest improvements. Support management in planning and executing operational strategies.

Required Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM/ERP tools. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams efficiently.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline. 0-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain (freshers with strong organizational skills can apply).
