Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with courier partners for pickup, delivery, and escalations.
Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery exceptions.
Assist in onboarding and support for B2B and B2C clients.
Maintain and update daily MIS reports.
Monitor order flows and ensure SLA compliance.
Help optimize operational processes and suggest improvements
