About the Role:

The Operations Executive will be responsible for

coordinating day-to-day franchise and store operations

, ensuring process compliance, and supporting smooth functioning across all REVIVO outlets. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with both internal teams and franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily operations of stores and franchise units. Ensure adherence to

SOPs, quality, and service standards

. Coordinate with supervisors, riders, and staff for issue resolution. Track orders, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction. Maintain reports on

inventory, chemicals, and packaging usage

. Assist in

training manpower

and ensuring compliance with company policies. Support management in

process improvements

and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Graduate in Business / Operations or related field. 1-3 years of experience in operations (retail/service industry preferred). Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
