Scrutinize and verify property documents such as title deeds, sale agreements, encumbrance certificates, and tax receipts.
Coordinate with legal and technical teams for validation of property-related documents.
Verify customer KYC, income, and identity documents as per RBI and company compliance norms.
Ensure adherence to AML/KYC regulations and internal operational policies.
Manage end-to-end loan processing, including file login, verification, approval coordination, and disbursement readiness.
Accurately update and maintain data in loan management systems (LMS).
Maintain proper file management (physical and digital) with indexing for easy retrieval.
Prepare and circulate MIS/operational reports to management on a periodic basis.
Liaise with sales, credit, legal, and disbursement teams to resolve operational queries.
Support internal and external audits by providing complete and accurate documentation.
