Establish and manage tie-ups with hospitals and clinics for Medical Value Travel and patient referral business.
Coordinate enquiries and communication between the internal team and hospitals/clinics to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle, track, and maintain patient leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
Provide operational support across business development, partnership management, and daily coordination tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Willingness and ability to travel frequently for meetings and operational requirements.
Arabic language proficiency will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, or medical tourism is an advantage.
Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and practices.
