Ensure adherence to Maruti Operating Standards by Outsourced staff in stockyard operations. Senior Management PPT & MIS reports preparation. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes. Tracking, Monitoring and Improving KPIs. Cost effectiveness in operations and identify improvment areas
