Roles and Responsibilities:



Managing operational readiness for financial product onboarding, ensuring all required documentation and system prerequisites are completed and verified. Acting as the primary point of coordination between the company and customers during financial product setup, compliance checks, and integration. Supporting customers through the documentation and onboarding process until successful handover to the training or servicing team. Coordinating with internal teams (compliance, operations, tech, and support) to track documentation status and ensure timely resolution of issues during implementation.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively. Proficiency in using virtual meeting and screen sharing tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business development. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
