Job description: We are looking for an organized and proactive

Operations Executive

to manage day-to-day business operations and provide direct operational and logistical support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing workflows, coordinating vendors, handling logistics, and supporting hiring activities for our growing clothing brand and cafe operations in Vesu, Surat.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and manage daily operational activities for clothing brand and cafe outlets. Assist the CEO with travel planning, scheduling, operational arrangements, and logistics. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers; schedule and attend vendor meetings. Manage logistics, inventory coordination, and operational planning. Support recruitment and hiring processes for cafes and clothing brand staff. Ensure smooth internal coordination between departments. Maintain operational documentation, and compliance records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in operations, coordination, or management roles. Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Language Requirement:

Hindi (Mandatory),

Gujarati (Preferred/Plus)

. Experience in retail, fashion, hospitality, or cafe operations will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidate based in Surat or willing to work from

Vesu, Surat

. Hardworking, flexible, and ready to handle multiple responsibilities. Ability to work directly with leadership and take ownership of tasks.
