Job Description

Synerge Paper Industries LLP is looking for a Junior Operations Executive to support office-based coordination, documentation, and data management. This role ensures smooth communication between sales, accounts, production, and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain sales, purchase, dispatch, and inventory records

Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and documentation

Ensure proper filing of GST and operational paperwork

Coordinate with sales, accounts, and dispatch teams

Update order and inventory data in Excel or ERP systems

Communicate with vendors, transporters, and clients when required

Maintain customer and vendor databases

Track order status and follow up internally

Prepare MIS and operational reports

Support day-to-day administrative operations

Required Skills & Qualifications



Experience: 1-2 years

Graduate in business, or related field preferred

Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Good communication skills in Hindi and English preferred

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and office tools

Knowledge of Tally is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?17,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
