Position Overview:



We are looking for a meticulous, hands-on, and proactive Operations Executive to manage daily operations, and order processing activities at Perdura Therapeutics. The role involves end-to-end responsibility of inventory control, material tracking, coordination with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of dispatches. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and willing to take ownership of both desk and on-ground operational tasks.

Order Processing & Dispatch Coordination: Manage the complete order-to-dispatch cycle ensuring correct packing, labeling, and documentation. Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for pickups and timely delivery. Ensure zero discrepancies between physical dispatch and system data.

Warehouse & Inventory Management:

Maintain real-time stock data across SKUs and locations (Including Office and Warehouse Stock). Conduct quality checks and physical counting during receipt or dispatch of materials to ensure accuracy. Monitor stock levels, plan reorders, and coordinate with vendors and warehouse teams for timely replenishment. Sales Coordination: Support field force with product availability updates, order status, and invoicing details. Handle return and replacement processes efficiently with proper documentation. Vendor & Procurement Support: Coordinate purchase of packaging, promotional, and marketing materials. Maintain vendor communication for timely deliveries and ensure quality verification at receipt. Process & Compliance: Maintain records of dispatches, invoices, and credit notes. Ensure all operational and inventory processes adhere to defined SOPs and company standards. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency. MIS & Reporting: Update all inward and outward entries in Excel, ERP systems, and third-party software tools. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on stock movement, material utilization, and pending orders. Reconcile warehouse records with system data on a periodic basis. Hands-on Support: Be a go-getter willing to assist with packing, labeling, counting, or dispatching products when needed.

Desired Candidate Profile:



2-4 years of relevant experience in Operations, Sales Coordination, or Supply Chain Management. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP tools. Effective communication and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders. Self-motivated and capable of handling multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership of on-ground operational tasks. Experience in pharma, FMCG, or healthcare industry preferred. Languages - English (Mandatory), Hindi / Gujarati (Preferred).
