Manage and update listings, inquiries, and communication on
online business portals
such as
IndiaMART
, TradeIndia, etc.
Conduct
tele-calling
for provided leads/data to generate business opportunities and maintain client follow-ups.
Fetch, verify, and organize data
as per the guidance and requirements of the reporting manager.
Perform
data entry, documentation, and record management
accurately and timely.
Prepare and maintain
daily/weekly reports
for management review.
Support the
sales and marketing teams
with backend coordination and lead tracking.
Handle
email correspondence, quotation preparation
, and basic client communication when required.
Maintain proper filing of
digital and physical documents
for easy retrieval.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure
smooth workflow and data accuracy
.
Knowledge or prior experience with
GEM (Government e-Marketplace)
portal will be an added advantage.
Key Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently
Familiarity with online B2B portals (like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, GEM)
