Job Summary:


Responsible for handling customer communications, managing support tickets and emails, and resolving product-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate with customers to address and resolve queries or issues. Monitor and respond to emails and support tickets on time. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve product-related problems. Maintain records of customer interactions and solutions provided.

Requirements:



Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer support or a related role preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent email drafting and customer handling abilities.
