Monitor and respond to emails and support tickets on time.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve product-related problems.
Maintain records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
Requirements:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer support or a related role preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent email drafting and customer handling abilities.
