We're looking for someone who can make sure everything runs smoothly between design, production, and deliveries.
Role: Operations Executive
Location: Surat
Type: Full-time / Part-time In-office
What you'll be doing:
Coordinate daily operations between the design team, karigars (craftsmen), and masters
Manage production timelines, order tracking, and dispatch schedules
Handle backend tasks like maintaining Excel sheets, inventory records, and order details
Oversee client orders from start to finish to ensure smooth execution
Communicate with suppliers, tailors, and vendors for timely production
Support the founder with operational and administrative requirements
We'd love it if you:
Have strong communication & coordination skills
Are detail-oriented and organized with multitasking abilities
Have basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Have a keen interest in fashion and production
Are proactive and solution-driven
