Roles and Responsibilities:



Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and efficiently. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and proactive communication. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and to deliver seamless service experiences Multi-Tasking: Efficiently manage multiple client accounts and requests simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. Adapt to shifting priorities and handle a variety of tasks, from issue resolution to data analysis, maintaining a high level of service quality throughout. Client Requirements: Serve as a liaison between clients and the development team to effectively communicate and raise client requirements.

Additional Qualification and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in commerce or related field preferred. Proficient in basic Excel functions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
