Key Responsibilities
?Oversee and monitor day-to-day business operations.

?Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
?Track and report key operational metrics for management review.
?Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
?Assist in vendor management, procurement, and resource allocation.
?Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
?Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related
field.
?1-2 years of relevant experience in operations, compliance, or process management.
?Strong skills in
documentation, reporting, and process mapping
.
?Ability to
draft and implement SOPs
effectively.
?Good communication and interpersonal skills.
?Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Word); knowledge of project
management tools is a plus.
?Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
