Role & responsibilities

Manage and coordinate Dental Assistants in the assigned region.

Supervise daily clinic operations for smooth functioning.

Create, validate, and analyze operational reports.

Use MS Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Filter, basic functions) for reporting.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in English and Local Language.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum graduation required (any stream)

Strong people management and team coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic functions).

Excellent communication skills in English and Local Language..

Pleasing personality and willingness to travel within the assigned zone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
